- • Own the entire German B2B marketing roadmap: from quarterly strategy to daily execution, you will translate Ajax’s global vision into locally resonant campaigns that accelerate partner acquisition, retention and revenue growth.
- • Architect and run multichannel campaigns (digital, events, partner co-marketing, trade media, certification programs) that generate qualified leads, shorten sales cycles and position Ajax as the de-facto security standard for installers, integrators and distributors across Germany.
- • Plan and manage the annual calendar of trade shows, roadshows, webinars, on-site partner trainings and exclusive partner summits; negotiate with venues, agencies and vendors to deliver memorable experiences that convert prospects into loyal Ajax PRO users.
- • Localize and continuously refresh the full marketing toolkit—datasheets, case studies, demo kits, objection-handling guides, landing pages, email nurtures, social assets and video tutorials—ensuring every partner has the right message for every stage of the funnel.
- • Build and maintain a deep understanding of the German security landscape: competitor moves, regulatory shifts, vertical-specific pain points and emerging technology trends; translate these insights into actionable recommendations for product marketing and sales leadership.
- • Track, measure and optimize campaign performance against agreed KPIs (MQL volume, SQL conversion, partner NPS, ROMI); produce monthly dashboards and quarterly business reviews that clearly articulate what’s working, what’s not and what to do next.
- • Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for Germany’s Business Development Team, aligning field priorities with HQ resources, managing budgets, timelines and approvals, and ensuring flawless execution across internal design, content, product and digital teams.
- • Champion partner enablement: design certification curricula, incentive trips, tiered loyalty programs and co-op marketing funds that motivate installers to sell more Ajax and become vocal brand advocates.
- • Collaborate with global product marketing to influence roadmap decisions—feeding back partner requests, local certification requirements and pricing sensitivities that will shape the next generation of Ajax devices.
- • Act as Ajax’s regional ambassador: represent the company at industry associations, speak on panels, contribute thought-leadership articles and maintain relationships with key editors and KOLs to keep Ajax top-of-mind.
- • Foster a culture of experimentation: A/B test creative, messaging and channel mixes; pilot new account-based marketing tactics and marketing automation workflows to continuously raise the bar on efficiency and impact.
- • Ensure brand consistency across every touchpoint—online, in-branch, on-device and in-person—while still allowing for the cultural nuances that make Ajax feel native to German partners and end users.
- • Travel regularly (up to 30 %) to partner sites, trade events and Ajax HQ in Kyiv or regional hubs to stay connected, gather feedback and strengthen cross-functional relationships.
