  • • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented DTC Retention & Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing team at Inspiriko, a science-backed supplement brand focused on women's hormonal and intimate health. With a strong foundation of over 100,000 loyal customers, a 4.9-star Amazon rating, and numerous industry awards, Inspiriko is poised for significant expansion from a 7-figure to an 8-figure business across the UK, EU, and US markets.
  • • This is a unique opportunity to build and scale the core retention engine that will transform our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channel into a substantial revenue stream. We are not looking for someone to simply manage email campaigns; we need an experienced operator who has a proven track record of successfully building and scaling retention strategies for 7-figure, subscription-first Shopify brands.
  • • As the DTC Retention & Email Marketing Specialist, you will be directly accountable for key performance indicators that drive the success of our DTC channel. Your primary responsibilities will include achieving ambitious targets for email revenue, subscriber repeat revenue, email and SMS list growth, subscriber sign-up rates, subscription churn reduction, and the overall percentage of DTC revenue generated by retention efforts. If these metrics do not ignite your passion for growth and optimization, this role may not be the right fit.
  • • Your core mission will be to architect and meticulously manage our entire Klaviyo lifecycle marketing machine. This includes designing, implementing, and optimizing all essential email flows, such as welcome series, abandoned cart recovery, post-purchase engagement, upsell sequences, win-back campaigns, and churn prevention flows. You will also be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive campaign calendar, building sophisticated customer segmentation and cohort logic to deliver highly personalized experiences, and conducting rigorous A/B testing across various elements like offers, messaging, and send times to maximize effectiveness.
  • • A critical aspect of this role is owning and driving subscription retention. You will develop and refine cancelation and exit flows, implement strategic save offers, and facilitate subscription management options like pausing or swapping products. Your data-driven interventions will be key to reducing churn, enhancing subscriber onboarding, improving retention cohorts, and ultimately increasing the subscription sign-up rate across both product detail pages (PDPs) and the shopping cart.
  • • You will also play a vital role in growing our email and SMS list and improving conversion rates. This involves optimizing pop-up forms, subscription-first offers, and enhancing the visitor-to-subscriber conversion rate. Furthermore, you will work to increase subscription uptake on PDPs and in the cart, collaborating closely with the acquisition team to ensure our focus is on maximizing Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) rather than just acquiring low-value opt-ins.
  • • Ownership of the Shopify ecosystem is crucial. You will ensure seamless tracking and data integrity between Shopify, Klaviyo, and our subscription platform (Loop), onboard new retention-driving applications, and maintain clean event tracking. You will also be empowered to run rapid A/B tests focused on improving lifecycle marketing and the subscription user experience.
  • • While this role is heavily focused on strategy and execution, it also requires a hands-on approach. You will be expected to make light theme edits to emails, build compelling and effective email creative, and operate with speed and autonomy, without the need for extensive support from a large team. We value individuals who can move fast and drive results independently.
  • • Success in this role within the first 12 months will be measured by achieving significant milestones, including driving 30%+ of DTC revenue through email marketing, achieving a meaningful reduction in churn rates, growing our active subscriber base, ensuring subscriber repeat purchase revenue constitutes 60% of total monthly revenue, and establishing a fully built and compounding DTC retention engine.
