  • • Take full ownership of the lifecycle marketing strategy for a growing, science-backed eCommerce wellness brand, focusing on enhancing customer engagement, retention, and overall visibility across critical email and CRM channels.
  • • Drive the end-to-end execution, optimization, and reporting of all lifecycle marketing initiatives, ensuring a consistent and educational brand voice that resonates with customers.
  • • Manage and meticulously optimize existing automated email flows, including but not limited to welcome series, post-purchase sequences, customer retention programs, and win-back campaigns, to nurture customer relationships at every stage of their journey.
  • • Develop and implement sophisticated segmentation logic and personalization strategies, leveraging customer data to deliver highly relevant and engaging content, thereby increasing open rates, click-through rates, and conversion.
  • • Proactively build, launch, and manage new email campaigns and automated flows within the Klaviyo platform, ensuring seamless integration with the broader marketing calendar and established workflows.
  • • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by planning and executing structured A/B tests across various elements such as subject lines, email content, visual layouts, send times, and promotional offers.
  • • Analyze the results of A/B tests and performance data rigorously, translating complex findings into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations for leadership and the Marketing Manager.
  • • Establish robust testing frameworks designed for ongoing optimization, moving beyond one-off experiments to create a sustainable system for enhancing lifecycle marketing performance.
  • • Own the comprehensive monthly reporting on key lifecycle marketing metrics, including engagement rates, customer retention figures, and direct revenue contribution, providing a clear picture of channel effectiveness.
  • • Translate raw customer data and campaign performance into compelling narratives and strategic recommendations that inform broader marketing decisions and contribute to business growth.
  • • Support detailed attribution analysis and performance reviews across all marketing channels, ensuring a holistic understanding of marketing impact and ROI.
  • • Work extensively within the Klaviyo platform, mastering its capabilities for managing email flows, campaigns, and advanced segmentation to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • • Integrate valuable customer feedback and reviews, gathered through platforms like Okendo, directly into lifecycle marketing strategies to enhance personalization and customer satisfaction.
  • • Collaborate closely with designers, utilizing tools like Figma, to review and approve creative assets and email layouts, ensuring visual consistency and brand alignment.
  • • Actively participate in weekly team meetings and all-team huddles, fostering a collaborative environment and staying aligned on priorities, performance, and company culture.
  • • Operate with a strong sense of ownership and autonomy, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and driving initiatives to completion with a keen eye for detail and a performance-driven mindset.
  • • Contribute to the overall marketing strategy by ensuring lifecycle marketing efforts are cohesive with broader brand initiatives, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • • Continuously monitor customer behavior and market trends to identify new opportunities for engagement and revenue generation through the lifecycle marketing channel.
  • • Develop and maintain documentation for lifecycle marketing processes, strategies, and best practices to ensure scalability and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • • Aim to achieve a clearly defined and impeccably executed lifecycle marketing strategy that demonstrably improves customer engagement, retention, and revenue attribution.
  • • Deliver consistent, actionable reporting that directly informs broader marketing decisions and contributes to strategic planning.
