- • Own the North-American go-to-market playbook for Ajax Systems, Europe’s largest security-system manufacturer. You will translate global brand power into hyper-local campaigns that resonate with installers, integrators, distributors and end-users across the United States and Canada.
- • Architect and execute 360° B2B marketing strategies that accelerate partner acquisition, shorten sales cycles and lift lifetime value. Your quarterly plans will blend digital demand-gen, field events, channel incentives and co-op marketing to hit aggressive revenue targets set jointly with the Business Development team.
- • Plan, budget and run multi-channel campaigns—trade shows (ISC West, GSX, regional roadshows), webinars, certification bootcamps, lunch-and-learns, targeted ABM email drips, LinkedIn ads and partner portal promotions—ensuring every tactic is measured against pipeline contribution and ROI.
- • Create and localize high-impact collateral: sell sheets, competitive battlecards, case studies, demo videos, spec sheets, co-branded ads and microsites. You will manage translation, cultural nuance and technical accuracy so that every asset feels native to North-American buyers.
- • Serve as the voice of the region to HQ. Distill installer feedback, distributor pain points and competitor moves into actionable insights that shape product positioning, pricing bundles and future roadmap priorities.
- • Build and nurture a thriving partner ecosystem. Design certification programs, tiered incentive schemes and MDF (market development fund) frameworks that motivate dealers and integrators to lead with Ajax instead of legacy brands.
- • Monitor campaign performance daily in Salesforce and HubSpot. Build dashboards that track MQL-to-SQL conversion, cost-per-lead, event ROI and partner engagement; present findings monthly to senior leadership and iterate tactics in real time.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing to launch 15+ new devices per year, ensuring naming, packaging and channel training hit the ground running the day stock lands in Memphis distribution.
- • Travel up to 30 % across the continent—visiting key distributors in Dallas, integrators in Toronto, trade-show booths in Las Vegas and training centers in Atlanta—building face-to-face relationships that digital alone cannot achieve.
- • Champion brand compliance across the distribution network. Audit partner websites, signage and social posts; supply easy-to-use templates and conduct quarterly enablement sessions so every touchpoint reflects Ajax’s premium, tech-forward identity.
- • Identify whitespace opportunities—verticals like cannabis, data centers, K-12 education and multi-family housing—then pilot tailored campaigns that open entirely new revenue streams.
- • Manage external agencies, graphic designers, copywriters and event vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring deliverables stay on brand, on time and on budget.
- • Foster a culture of experimentation. Run A/B tests on messaging, creative and channel mix; scale what works and sunset what doesn’t, maintaining a learning log that benefits global teams.
- • Contribute to long-term strategic planning. Feed regional forecasts into annual budgeting, head-count planning and three-year growth scenarios, ensuring Ajax North America outpaces market growth rates.
