📋 Description

• As a B2B Marketing specialist for the UK and Ireland at ElevenLabs, you will be the primary growth driver responsible for accelerating the company’s footprint in these key markets by owning end-to-end marketing initiatives that directly impact revenue and brand presence in the enterprise AI space.
• You will operate in a high-velocity, impact-first environment where your contributions are measured by outcomes, not titles, and you’ll have the autonomy to shape strategy and execution across multiple channels while collaborating with a global team of researchers, engineers, and operators pushing the boundaries of AI innovation.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include owning the full-funnel B2B growth strategy for the UKI region and supporting Nordic market initiatives, managing lead generation through conversion, and ensuring pipeline targets are met through disciplined execution and continuous optimization.
• You will design, launch, and optimize complex outbound sequences targeting enterprise decision-makers, leveraging data-driven insights to improve response rates, engagement, and conversion across email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• You will plan and execute high-impact events, webinars, and trade shows from concept to post-event follow-up, coordinating logistics, speaker management, promotion, and attendee experience to maximize brand visibility and lead generation.
• You will collaborate closely with the performance marketing team on retargeting and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, analyzing campaign performance, interpreting metrics, and iterating on tactics to improve ROI and scalability.
• You will create compelling sales collateral, thought leadership content, and region-specific messaging tailored to the UK and Ireland tech landscapes, ensuring alignment with ElevenLabs’ brand voice while addressing local market nuances and buyer personas.
• You will identify, negotiate, and manage strategic local partnerships and sponsorships, including vendor relationships, event collaborations, and community engagements that amplify ElevenLabs’ presence in the UKI ecosystem.
• You will thrive in a culture of rapid experimentation and minimal bureaucracy, where AI-first thinking is applied to marketing workflows to increase speed, precision, and scalability in campaign execution.

🎯 Requirements

• Native English Speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored to UK and Ireland audiences
• Proven track record of owning projects from inception to completion, demonstrating accountability, initiative, and the ability to deliver results without constant oversight
• Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments—such as early-stage startups or founding a venture—with comfort navigating ambiguity and driving action independently
• Strong proficiency in growth marketing toolkit, including performance marketing, data analysis, campaign execution, outbound sequencing, and event organization
• Bias toward action and comfort experimenting, iterating, and scaling initiatives quickly in response to market feedback and performance data
