đź“‹ Description
- • As a B2B Partner Marketer for EMEA at OpenAI, you will shape how the company goes to market with its most strategic partners across the region, driving awareness, pipeline, and customer adoption through ecosystem-led growth.
- • You will own and build the EMEA B2B partner marketing strategy, develop joint go-to-market plans with priority partners like AWS, Accenture, and BCG, and create operating models including playbooks, planning rhythms, and governance structures.
- • You will partner with alliance, sales, and marketing leaders to craft executive-ready narratives, events, campaigns, and enablement moments, while managing partner marketing investment based on pipeline potential and measurable ROI.
- • You will use AI-native tools to improve output and speed, travel across EMEA to engage with partners and field teams, and adapt global strategies to local market conditions and partner-specific goals.
- • The Marketing team at OpenAI contributes directly to the mission of responsible and widespread AI adoption, and this role sits at the intersection of ecosystem strategy, senior executive engagement, and hands-on GTM execution.
- • You will learn to build scalable partner marketing systems from scratch, influence long-term ecosystem value, and gain deep experience working with hyperscalers, global consultancies, and technical deployment partners across diverse EMEA markets.
- • This role offers the opportunity to grow as a T-shaped leader — equally skilled in strategic direction-setting and hands-on execution — while contributing to OpenAI’s mission of ensuring AI benefits all of humanity.
🎯 Requirements
- • 12+ years of experience in partner marketing, alliances marketing, ecosystem GTM, strategic partnerships, or closely related roles in enterprise technology, cloud, AI, or SaaS.
- • Proven experience building partner marketing or ecosystem programs with major strategic partners.
- • Strong executive presence and experience working with senior partner stakeholders, alliance leaders, and internal GTM executives.
- • Ability to build systems, planning cadences, and repeatable playbooks from scratch.
- • Experience working across EMEA markets and navigating different partner motions, sales structures, and local nuances.
- • French or German proficiency is a big bonus.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Hybrid work model: 3 days in the office per week in London.
- • Opportunity to work with priority partners including AWS, Accenture, BCG, McKinsey, and technical deployment partners across cloud, data, and implementation ecosystems.
- • Access to AI-native tools and workflows to improve output, speed, and quality.
- • Exposure to senior executive engagement and joint business-planning conversations with partner leaders.
- • Involvement in shaping OpenAI’s market presence across diverse EMEA regions while adapting to local conditions.
- • Contribution to OpenAI’s mission of ensuring artificial intelligence benefits all of humanity through responsible AI adoption.
