- • As the B2B Partnership Manager at Willow Health, Inc., you will serve as the critical bridge between the company and its pharmacy partners, ensuring seamless operations, accurate commercial execution, and strong relationship management that directly supports Willow’s mission to deliver personalized, responsible cosmetic weight loss care through telehealth. Your role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity and performance of partner networks that enable patient access to trusted, high-quality care.
- • You will own the day-to-day management of pharmacy partner relationships, acting as the primary liaison to drive alignment across internal teams including Ops, Product, Clinical, Support, and Finance. This includes leading operational rituals, resolving escalations, maintaining up-to-date contracts and pricing, and ensuring invoice reconciliation is accurate and timely — all while advocating for partner needs internally to improve both partner and patient experience.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in B2B healthcare operations, contract management, and cross-functional coordination within a fast-growing telehealth environment. You’ll have the opportunity to shape partner processes, influence product and operational decisions through frontline insights, and grow into a strategic partner operations leader — all while working flexibly from anywhere in Brazil with a supportive, engaging team.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–6+ years of experience in partner operations, vendor management, pharmacy operations, account management, or a closely related field, with proven ability to manage complex B2B relationships.
- • Demonstrated skill in driving cross-functional coordination and alignment without direct authority, particularly in high-stakes operational or incident resolution scenarios.
- • Hands-on experience managing operational escalations, structured incident workflows, and post-incident follow-ups, including communication with external partners and internal stakeholders.
- • Comfort working with contracts, pricing tables, and fee schedules; strong audit mindset and detail orientation for validating invoice accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
- • Proficiency with G-Suite tools and data analysis/interpretation to support reporting, KPI tracking, and process improvement initiatives.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and clarity when engaging both external pharmacy partners and internal teams across functions.
