  • • Own the full B2B sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise accounts across Turkey and emerging EMEA markets, generating new ARR from zero to multi-million-dollar deals while representing Insider One’s AI-first Customer Data and Engagement Platform.
  • • Prospect, qualify, and convert cold leads into high-value opportunities by leveraging outbound sequences, executive events, partner channels, and the SDR team; maintain a 3–4Ă— pipeline coverage to guarantee consistent quota attainment.
  • • Run consultative discovery workshops with C-level stakeholders in e-commerce, retail, banking, and fintech to map digital growth, retention, and omnichannel engagement objectives to Insider One’s unified CDP, personalization, and journey-orchestration capabilities.
  • • Deliver tailored product demos and ROI business cases that quantify incremental revenue, cost savings, and efficiency gains; translate complex AI and data concepts into clear commercial value that secures budget approval and accelerates decision cycles.
  • • Negotiate and close multi-year SaaS contracts (ACV $50k–$500k+) by aligning legal, procurement, security, and executive sponsors; structure flexible pricing, pilots, and phased roll-outs that de-risk adoption and expand footprint over time.
  • • Forecast revenue with 90 %+ accuracy in Salesforce; provide weekly pipeline reviews, risk assessments, and next-step action plans to Sales Leadership, ensuring predictable quarter-end performance and transparent communication.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Partner Alliances to design implementation roadmaps, co-marketing campaigns, and reference stories that shorten sales cycles and increase win rates.
  • • Mentor junior SDRs and AEs on prospecting tactics, objection handling, and closing techniques; contribute to playbooks, battle cards, and competitive intelligence that scale the sales organization across 30 global offices.
  • • Monitor competitive landscape (Adobe, Salesforce, Braze, Iterable) and feed market insights back to Product and Marketing teams to sharpen positioning, pricing, and roadmap priorities.
  • • Champion Insider One’s social-impact mission by participating in SheCodes, AI Training for Teachers, and 100 Social Responsibility Projects—turning every customer success into a story that advances women in STEM and community development.
