  • In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for brand founders and product companies, guiding them through a comprehensive and consultative sales process. Think of it as a detailed "kitchen renovation" model for product development – you’ll be instrumental in understanding the client's vision, scope, budget, specific formulation needs, and critical production timelines. Your expertise will be essential in translating their ideas into tangible manufacturing plans. This position demands complete ownership of the sales cycle, from the initial lead qualification and nurturing stages all the way through to securing the deposit and ensuring a seamless handover to our dedicated production teams.
  • Your core responsibilities will involve meticulously qualifying and managing inbound leads, with a sharp focus on identifying and prioritizing those opportunities with the highest potential for success. You will conduct in-depth, consultative discovery calls designed to thoroughly understand each prospect's budget constraints, the precise scope of their product development, and their unique manufacturing requirements. The sales cycle typically spans 2–3 weeks, during which you will be expected to nurture prospects through consistent, strategic follow-ups and by clearly outlining the next steps in the process. A key aspect of this role is your ability to clearly and confidently explain complex cosmetic manufacturing processes, provide transparent pricing structures, detail realistic production timelines, and present various available options to meet client needs.
  • To ensure client satisfaction and project success, you will collaborate closely with our internal lab and production teams. This coordination is vital for aligning on the feasibility of formulations, confirming production capabilities, and accurately defining the project scope. Once a prospect is ready to move forward, you will be responsible for collecting the initial deposit and guiding clients smoothly through the contracting and onboarding phases, setting the stage for a successful manufacturing partnership. Maintaining impeccable records within our CRM system is paramount, ensuring accurate pipeline visibility and reliable sales forecasts. This role requires a self-starter who can independently manage their pipeline and drive deals to closure without constant supervision, demonstrating a high degree of autonomy and initiative.
