  • • Manage and optimize the full sales cycle for SME accounts, including lead generation, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • • Forge and maintain strategic partnerships to expand reach to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across the Philippines.
  • • Develop deep expertise in Hive Health’s digital health insurance platform and compare it against competing health plans and market processes.
  • • Conduct regular industry and competitor analysis to ensure Hive Health’s offerings remain best-in-class and differentiated.
  • • Solicit, document, and incorporate customer feedback directly into product development and service improvements.
  • • Assist in brand-building initiatives through networking events, outreach campaigns, and community engagement activities.
  • • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including product, marketing, and customer success—to enhance user experience and align sales strategy with product roadmap.
  • • Drive revenue growth by identifying new market opportunities and scaling proven sales strategies within the SMB healthcare segment.
  • • Represent Hive Health professionally in client meetings, partner discussions, and industry forums to build trust and credibility.
  • • Utilize data and business analysis to inform sales tactics, forecast performance, and justify strategic decisions to leadership.
  • • Act as a pioneering member of the sales team, contributing to the design and implementation of best-in-class sales processes and workflows.
  • • Support company mission by expanding access to affordable, comprehensive healthcare for millions of Filipinos through targeted B2B sales efforts.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2-5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or related fields
  • • Creative, strategic, and proactive in problem solving and identifying opportunities
  • • Ability to effectively use data and perform business analysis to support key business decisions
