- • As a B2B Social Media Manager at Oura Health Ltd., you will build and scale the company’s presence across LinkedIn and other key platforms to establish credibility, drive education, and support commercial growth by turning internal expertise into external influence.
- • You will define and execute Oura’s LinkedIn and thought leadership strategy, translate complex scientific and clinical topics into accessible content, and ensure consistent, authentic expression from internal contributors across healthcare, science, and commercial narratives.
- • You will build and operationalize an employee advocacy program, creating frameworks and workflows that enable executives, scientists, and commercial leaders to consistently share high-quality content, while exploring AI-enabled tools to scale participation and measure impact.
- • You will partner with Commercial, Science, Marketing, and Creative teams to align social efforts with business goals, support partnership initiatives, and develop scalable content systems that balance planned campaigns with responsive opportunities.
- • You will act as a cross-functional connector, collaborating with the Director of Social Media & Influencer and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between consumer and commercial storytelling, provide guidance on best practices, and feed insights back into broader strategy.
- • This remote US role offers the opportunity to shape Oura’s commercial social presence from the ground up, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment focused on improving global health through technology and data.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–8 years of experience in social media, content strategy, or thought leadership, ideally within a consumer, healthcare, or technology company
- • Experience working with executives, subject matter experts, or commercial teams to develop external-facing content
- • Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging narratives
- • Experience building or scaling programs, systems, or workflows (employee advocacy experience is a strong plus)
- • Understanding of LinkedIn and other platforms as channels for influence, credibility, and professional engagement
- • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment
- • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and comfort working with diverse stakeholders
- • Familiarity with AI tools or interest in leveraging them to scale content creation is a plus
