• • As a mid-level Backend Developer (Java), you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and ongoing maintenance of critical integrations that seamlessly connect our robust platform with a diverse array of external systems. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all integration solutions are not only performant and stable but also meticulously aligned with WA.Technology's stringent internal standards. You will be instrumental in architecting and implementing resilient backend components that facilitate smooth data flow, ensure seamless system interoperability, and lay the groundwork for long-term scalability and maintainability.

• • Key Responsibilities:
• • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Designers, and fellow Developers to gain a comprehensive understanding of project requirements, translating these needs into detailed and actionable technical specifications.
• • Architect, design, and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Java applications, with a specific focus on integration modules.
• • Produce clean, efficient, and thoroughly documented code, adhering strictly to established industry best practices and internal coding standards to ensure code quality and readability.
• • Implement comprehensive unit testing and conduct rigorous debugging to guarantee the utmost reliability, stability, and optimal performance of all developed software applications.
• • Proactively identify opportunities for enhancement and optimization within existing systems and processes, implementing innovative solutions to elevate software functionality and overall performance.
• • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of the latest advancements, emerging trends, and cutting-edge technologies within the Java development ecosystem, strategically incorporating relevant innovations into our ongoing projects.

• • Work within an Agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
