- • Design, develop, and own end-to-end backend services for integrating with external ad networks, webhooks, and third-party APIs, including authentication, data normalization, and ingestion workflows.
- • Build and maintain high-reliability data pipelines that process large volumes of streaming and batch data with low latency, ensuring accuracy and consistency across ingestion, transformation, and storage layers.
- • Develop data-quality services that automatically detect anomalies, missing fields, and partner inconsistencies to ensure data integrity across Singular’s global marketing analytics platform.
- • Create and maintain unified monitoring dashboards for partner integrations, incorporating metrics, error rates, SLA enforcement, and operational health indicators.
- • Enhance system resiliency by implementing retry logic, dead-letter queues, and idempotency mechanisms for large-scale event processing in distributed environments.
- • Collaborate with product, data engineering, and customer-facing teams to understand edge cases, troubleshoot production issues, and improve the reliability of partner integrations.
- • Architect and deploy scalable backend systems using industry technologies including Kafka, Iceberg, DynamoDB, Postgres, EMR, Kubernetes, Druid, and Snowflake.
- • Own the full lifecycle of backend features—from architecture and implementation to deployment, monitoring, and iterative optimization—without constant supervision.
- • Work within a hybrid model in Tel Aviv, collaborating closely with a global R&D team to solve complex infrastructural challenges in ad tech and marketing analytics.
- • Proactively identify gaps in existing systems and drive improvements that enhance performance, scalability, and reliability of core data infrastructure.
- • Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing to maintain high engineering standards across the backend team.
- • Translate complex business requirements from marketing and analytics teams into robust, scalable technical solutions that support global clients like Microsoft, Uber, Nike, and EA.
- • Optimize data flows and processing logic to reduce latency, minimize wasted spend, and improve the accuracy of ROI measurements for customers.
- • Integrate and maintain secure, standardized interfaces with emerging and legacy ad platforms, ensuring compliance with evolving data privacy and measurement standards.
- • Contribute to the evolution of Singular’s AI-powered analytics layer by providing reliable, clean, and timely data inputs from diverse marketing channels across mobile and web.
- • Work in a fast-paced environment where independence, ownership, and clear communication are critical to delivering impact across engineering and product teams.
