• • As a Backend Engineer on the Marketplace team at Mercor, you will build the core systems that govern how talent and opportunities meet, directly impacting fill rate, hiring speed, and revenue through search, matching, allocation, and workflow infrastructure.
• • You will design and maintain backend services for candidate-job matching, APIs for search and eligibility, data models for a dynamic labor marketplace, and real-time decisioning infrastructure, ensuring reliability and scalability under high volume.
• • Mercor is a profitable Series C company valued at $10 billion, partnering with leading AI labs to advance human intelligence in AI development through a global talent network of over 30,000 experts earning more than $2 million daily.
