📋 Description

• Design and develop scalable backend services and REST APIs using C# and .NET, adhering to clean architecture principles and engineering best practices.
• Build cloud-native applications deployed in modern cloud environments using containerized infrastructure and cloud-based services.
• Implement reliable backend solutions leveraging PostgreSQL for data persistence and Redis or similar caching technologies to optimize performance.
• Design and maintain distributed systems using asynchronous communication patterns, messaging systems, and event-driven architectures.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, QA Engineers, and fellow Software Engineers to refine requirements, estimate tasks, and deliver roadmap features on schedule.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code quality, system reliability, and long-term maintainability.
• Use Git for version control and participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Apply object-oriented programming principles and clean code practices to produce maintainable, readable, and testable code.
• Continuously improve engineering standards, system reliability, and developer experience through code reviews, documentation, and process refinement.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and code quality in daily workflows.
• Work with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or equivalent to deploy, monitor, and scale backend services.
• Implement observability practices including logging, monitoring, and metrics collection to ensure system health and rapid incident response.
• Apply backend security best practices to protect data integrity, authentication flows, and API endpoints.
• Participate in company-sponsored training and certification programs to advance technical and professional skills.
• Engage in team-building social events and contribute to a collaborative, innovation-driven engineering culture.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4+ years of professional backend development experience
• Strong experience with C# / .NET
• Experience building REST APIs using .NET Web API
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL or another relational database
• Experience with Redis or similar caching technologies
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and clean code principles
