  • • You will design and build scalable software to reach millions of daily users, collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and analysts to understand user needs, and develop products that meet those needs.
  • • You will develop and execute short and long-term roadmaps, balancing business impact, user experience, and technical quality, while actively contributing to team and company culture through mentorship, participation in interviews, and involvement in new initiatives.
  • • You will support fellow engineers through feedback, code reviews, and improvement of internal tools and processes, with occasional on-call work to address bugs, outages, or operational issues to maintain a stable and high-quality experience for customers.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience in software engineering or related industry roles
  • • BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field involving coding (e.g., physics or mathematics), or equivalent technical experience
  • • Demonstrated success in developing and deploying large-scale web applications with a user-focused approach
  • • Proficiency in building user-facing software and supporting web/desktop systems and libraries
  • • Ability to handle full-stack projects and deliver minimum viable products efficiently
