🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend systems.

- • Demonstrated experience in a Tech Lead or Senior Engineer role with clear leadership responsibilities, including mentoring junior engineers and guiding technical direction.
- • Proven track record in designing, developing, and owning scalable backend architectures and robust APIs.
- • Solid understanding and practical experience with software testing methodologies, including unit testing, integration testing, and a preference for Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- • Mandatory and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platform, including deployment, management, and optimization of services.
