đź“‹ Description

  • • Imprint Technologies Inc. is at the forefront of revolutionizing co-branded credit cards and financial products, making them smarter, more rewarding, and fundamentally brand-centric. We collaborate with prominent companies such as Crate & Barrel, Rakuten, Booking.com, H-E-B, Fetch, and Brooks Brothers to launch contemporary credit programs designed to cultivate deeper customer loyalty, unlock significant savings, and drive sustainable business growth. Our sophisticated platform integrates advanced payments infrastructure, intelligent underwriting capabilities, and a seamless user experience, empowering brands to offer powerful financial products without the need to operate as a bank themselves.
  • • The co-branded card market in the U.S. represents a substantial annual spend exceeding $300 billion. However, the majority of these programs are still managed by traditional, legacy banking institutions. Imprint stands as the modern alternative—a flexible, technologically advanced solution built for the demands of today's consumers. Bolstered by investment from leading venture capital firms including Kleiner Perkins, Thrive Capital, and Khosla Ventures, we are assembling a world-class team dedicated to redefining how individuals make payments and how brands achieve growth.
  • • As the Bank Partnerships Manager, you will be entrusted with the critical responsibility of overseeing the engagement, management, and ongoing optimization of Imprint's vital bank partner relationships. This is a role of significant impact, carrying direct accountability for strategic relationship management across all facets of partner interactions. Your purview will encompass the successful launch of new partnerships, intricate product coordination, and the strategic scaling of our business operations through these key alliances.
  • • You will serve as the central conduit, the primary bridge, between Imprint and our esteemed bank partners. This involves adeptly translating high-level business priorities into actionable execution plans, proactively driving improvements in operational processes, and ensuring seamless, coordinated efforts across all internal Imprint teams. This multifaceted role demands a harmonious blend of strategic foresight and diligent, hands-on execution within a dynamic and highly regulated financial services environment.
  • • Success in your initial 90 days will be defined by your ability to rapidly build trust and credibility with both internal stakeholders and our external bank partners. This will be achieved through consistent, reliable execution of responsibilities and transparent, clear communication. You will be expected to gain a profound understanding of the strategic advantages inherent in our existing bank partnerships and proactively identify innovative ways to leverage and expand upon these strengths.
  • • Furthermore, you will be tasked with identifying and implementing at least two to three meaningful process improvements within the first three months. These enhancements should demonstrably reduce friction in workflows or significantly decrease turnaround times for critical processes. You will take immediate ownership of key partner engagement workflows, exhibiting a high degree of initiative and reducing the dependency on senior team members for routine tasks.
  • • Establishing robust working relationships across critical internal departments—including Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Operations—will be paramount. Your efforts will contribute directly to measurable improvements in Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance or enhanced efficiency in submission volumes, showcasing your ability to drive tangible results.
  • • Your responsibilities will extend to identifying and surfacing strategic opportunities aimed at enhancing profitability, expanding our product capabilities, or fortifying the overall strength and longevity of our partner relationships. You will act as a true owner of bank partnership outcomes, demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills and a commitment to refining our internal systems and processes.
  • • You will manage the day-to-day engagement with our bank partners, ensuring the timely, accurate, and compliant execution of all submissions, approvals, and operational workflows. A key focus will be on identifying opportunities to streamline launch processes, optimize conversion workflows, and elevate overall partner satisfaction.
  • • Performance management of SLAs will be a core duty, involving meticulous tracking of turnaround times and proactive intervention to address any bottlenecks or potential compliance risks. You will collaborate closely with Legal, Compliance, Product, Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment between partner needs and our internal execution capabilities.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will involve driving initiatives for process automation and optimization, with the goal of reducing manual effort, minimizing errors, and improving the responsiveness and efficiency of our interactions with partners.
  • • Ultimately, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of Imprint's bank partnerships, ensuring they are robust, efficient, and contribute significantly to the company's strategic objectives and growth trajectory.
