- • As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) specializing in early intervention at Mebe LLC, you will play a pivotal role in applying evidence-based strategies to assess, plan, and implement interventions that foster essential skill development in young children with autism and other developmental needs, directly contributing to their growth and long-term potential.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting individualized skill and behavior assessments using standardized tools such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, EFL, AFLS, and BRIEF; developing and overseeing customized treatment plans tailored to each child’s unique goals; providing expert parent coaching to empower families with effective support strategies; delivering ongoing professional development and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality care delivery; and rigorously analyzing behavioral data to track progress and adjust interventions for optimal outcomes.
- • You will join a multidisciplinary, mission-driven team of ABA, OT, and Speech professionals who are united by a shared commitment to helping children with autism thrive through play-filled, research-based care in a supportive and collaborative environment that values transparency, compassion, and innovation.
- • In this role, you will deepen your clinical expertise in early intervention ABA practices, strengthen your leadership and training abilities through mentoring RBTs and guiding families, and contribute to meaningful outcomes that empower children to reach their fullest potential—all while growing professionally within an organization that invests in your development through continuing education, tuition support, and regular CEU opportunities.
🎯 Requirements
- • BCBA certification (required)
- • Experience working with children with autism or other developmental delays using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- • Strong communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude
- • Ability to pass a background check (required)
- • Prior payor credentialing (preferred)
- • Professional demeanor and commitment to high-quality, detail-oriented work
