- • Conduct comprehensive individualized skill and behavior assessments using standardized tools including VB-MAPP, Vineland, EFL, AFLS, and BRIEF to evaluate each child’s unique behavioral and developmental profile.
- • Develop, implement, and closely monitor customized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the specific goals and needs of each child with autism or other developmental delays.
- • Provide direct parent coaching to equip families with practical, research-backed strategies to support their child’s progress in home and community environments.
- • Deliver ongoing professional development and supervision to Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs), ensuring fidelity to ABA protocols and continuous improvement in service delivery.
- • Systematically collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to evaluate client progress, adjust interventions in real time, and maintain compliance with evidence-based practice standards.
- • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists to integrate holistic, play-filled therapeutic approaches that enhance child outcomes.
- • Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and supervision records in alignment with clinical and regulatory requirements.
- • Participate in regular case reviews and team meetings to ensure coordinated, high-quality care across all service domains.
- • Stay current with best practices in applied behavior analysis through mandatory monthly CEU trainings and reimbursement for continuing education.
- • Support the company’s mission by fostering a positive, compassionate, and fun-filled therapeutic environment that prioritizes individuality and innovation.
- • Adhere to all professional and ethical standards set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and Washington state licensing requirements.
- • Perform other duties as assigned to support the operational and clinical needs of the organization, including participation in company-sponsored events and team-building activities.
🎯 Requirements
- • BCBA certification (Required)
- • Ability to pass a background check (Required)
- • Experience working with children with autism or other developmental delays using ABA
- • Washington state LBA licensure preferred
- • Prior payor credentialing preferred
- • Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
