- • Serve as a remote-floating Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supporting clients across multiple states, including WA, AZ, TX, and VA, under the direction of the Site Director.
- • Manage a dynamic caseload consisting of ongoing cases and emergency coverage for supervisors on leave or transitioning between regions, ensuring uninterrupted clinical care.
- • Conduct comprehensive individualized assessments using standardized tools including VB-MAPP, Vineland, EFL, AFLS, and BRIEF to identify skill deficits and behavioral needs of children with autism and other developmental challenges.
- • Develop, implement, and rigorously monitor customized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique goals, with all interventions delivered through remote-first protocols.
- • Provide ongoing professional development and Behavior Skills Training (BST) to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) via video demonstrations, role-play, caregiver practice, and visual/physical aids delivered remotely.
- • Deliver parent coaching sessions via video conferencing to equip families with practical strategies for supporting their child’s development at home and in community settings.
- • Analyze client progress data systematically using data collection systems to evaluate intervention effectiveness and make real-time, data-driven adjustments to treatment plans.
- • Adhere to and contribute to the development of remote-first SOPs, workflows, and best practices that standardize clinical quality across virtual teams and can be replicated by other BCBAs.
- • Maintain active supervision of RBTs/BTs across multiple virtual sites, ensuring compliance with BACB standards and organizational protocols.
- • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists to align therapeutic goals and enhance client outcomes.
- • Work flexible hours across time zones to accommodate client and team scheduling needs, including availability until 6 PM local time in assigned zones.
- • Participate in monthly continuing education trainings and utilize CEU reimbursement to maintain and advance clinical expertise.
- • Utilize company-provided computer and clinical tools to deliver services efficiently and securely in compliance with privacy regulations.
- • Engage in company-sponsored virtual events and professional development activities designed to foster team connection and well-being.
- • Uphold transparency, compassion, and high-quality standards in all client, parent, and team interactions.
- • Maintain a positive, collaborative attitude and embrace innovation in remote therapy delivery models.
- • Adhere to all legal, ethical, and professional standards as required by the BACB and state licensing boards.
🎯 Requirements
- • Active BCBA certification (required)
- • Must reside in CA, WA, AZ, CO, TX, or VA (no exceptions)
- • Minimum of 3 years as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- • At least 2 years of documented telehealth service delivery with demonstrated clinical outcomes
- • At least 6 months of direct supervision experience with RBTs/BTs
- • Ability to obtain licensure in WA, AZ, TX, and VA (strong preference for AZ licensure)
