- • Perform 300–400 outbound calls daily to re-engage canceled or lost customers.
- • Re-engage prospects and identify opportunities to reintegrate them into the sales pipeline.
- • Handle objections effectively and reposition the value of digital marketing services.
- • Accurately log call activity and outcomes in the CRM system.
- • Collaborate with the sales team to deliver qualified opportunities for further conversion.
- • Work within a scheduled timeframe of 8:00 a.m. EST to 9:00 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday, with 8 productive hours, 1-hour lunch, and two 15-minute breaks.
- • Operate in a remote environment across Latin America with no physical office requirement.
- • Focus exclusively on outbound sales activities, not customer service or support roles.
- • Target high-ticket digital brands and fast-growth marketing clients.
- • Maintain professional communication standards with neutral English accent and C1-level fluency.
- • Identify and connect with decision-makers to schedule high-level meetings.
- • Utilize a reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup.
- • Drive results through high-volume calling and persistent follow-up strategies.
- • Work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to daily call volume targets.
- • Contribute to team goals by consistently meeting or exceeding outbound performance metrics.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–3 years of experience in SDR, outbound sales, or similar roles (excluding customer service roles)
- • Experience in high-ticket sales or fast-growth digital brands
- • C1-level English proficiency with clear, persuasive communication and neutral accent
- • Proven ability to identify decision-makers and coordinate high-level meetings
- • Strong objection handling and negotiation skills
- • Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup
