  • • Serve as a Floating Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) providing remote-first supervision and clinical oversight to clients across multiple states, including WA, AZ, TX, and VA.
  • • Manage a caseload of clients assigned from different regions serviced by MeBe, with primary responsibility for covering cases when on-site supervisors are on leave or transitioning.
  • • Conduct comprehensive individualized assessments using evidence-based tools including VB-MAPP, Vineland, EFL, AFLS, and BRIEF to evaluate each child’s behavioral and skill development needs.
  • • Develop, implement, and monitor customized, data-driven treatment plans tailored to each child’s unique goals, ensuring interventions are delivered remotely with fidelity.
  • • Provide ongoing professional development and Behavior Skills Training (BST) to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) via video demonstrations, role-play, caregiver practice, and visual aids.
  • • Deliver parent coaching sessions via video to equip families with practical strategies to support their child’s progress in home and community settings.
  • • Analyze client progress data systematically to evaluate intervention effectiveness and make evidence-based adjustments to treatment plans.
  • • Adhere to and contribute to the development of remote-first Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflows, and best practices that can be replicated across the organization.
  • • Supervise RBTs and Behavior Technicians (BTs) across multiple virtual teams and sites, ensuring compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
  • • Maintain active licensure in required states: CA, WA, AZ, CO, TX, or VA; willingness to obtain licensure in all MeBe service states is required.
  • • Participate in monthly CEU trainings and utilize CEU reimbursement to maintain and expand clinical competencies.
  • • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Speech-Language Pathologists to support holistic client care.
  • • Work flexible hours across time zones to accommodate client and supervisor schedules, including availability until 6 PM in designated time zones.
  • • Utilize company-provided computer and work tools to deliver all clinical services remotely.
  • • Participate in company-sponsored events and professional development opportunities designed to foster team connection and personal growth.
  • • Maintain professional demeanor, transparency, and compassion in all client, parent, and team interactions.
  • • Pass a required background check prior to commencement of employment.
  • • Support scheduling department operations by allowing reschedules, cancellations, and permanent schedule changes to be managed centrally.
  • • Contribute to a culture of innovation, fun, and individuality by embracing creative approaches to therapy and encouraging out-of-the-box thinking.
  • • Demonstrate commitment to high-quality work, attention to detail, and continuous improvement in clinical practice.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Active BCBA certification
  • • Minimum of 3 years as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • • At least 2 years of documented telehealth service delivery with demonstrated clinical outcomes
  • • Minimum of 6 months of direct supervision experience with BTs/RBTs
  • • Must reside in CA, WA, AZ, CO, TX, or VA
  • • Willingness to obtain licensure in all MeBe service states (WA, AZ, TX, VA)
