- • Proactively identify and engage high-potential SMB prospects in the DACH region through outbound prospecting, including cold calling, targeted email campaigns, and social selling techniques.
- • Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing efforts by assessing fit, needs, and readiness to engage with 1Password’s Unified Access Management solutions.
- • Conduct engaging, value-driven conversations with prospects to understand their business challenges and articulate how 1Password addresses security and productivity gaps in SaaS and AI tool adoption.
- • Research and gather detailed information on target accounts to develop tailored outreach strategies and maximize engagement effectiveness.
- • Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline for Account Executives, ensuring seamless handoff and alignment with sales goals.
- • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all prospect interactions, activities, and outcomes within the CRM system to support reporting, forecasting, and pipeline visibility.
- • Collaborate regularly with Account Executives and sales managers to prioritize outreach efforts, refine messaging, and adopt best practices for lead conversion.
- • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for the number of qualified opportunities generated.
- • Continuously learn about 1Password’s product suite, cybersecurity market trends, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions.
- • Utilize AI-powered coaching tools and feedback from sales managers to improve call and email techniques, refine objection handling, and enhance overall sales performance.
- • Operate as the first point of contact for prospects and customers, establishing trust and laying the foundation for long-term partnerships.
- • Embrace AI as a core part of daily workflow, using real-time insights and automation tools to work smarter, increase efficiency, and focus on high-impact customer interactions.
- • Thrive in a remote-first environment with high autonomy, requiring self-motivation, discipline, and strong time management skills.
- • Adapt quickly to feedback, iterate on outreach strategies, and demonstrate continuous improvement in performance and communication.
- • Work exclusively within the UK timezone and be available to support DACH region prospects during business hours.
🎯 Requirements
- • Fluent in German, both verbally and in written form
- • 0-1+ years of customer-facing experience, preferably in sales or related roles
- • Demonstrated interest in a sales career and understanding of the sales process
- • Proficiency in standard office software and aptitude for learning CRM and sales engagement tools
- • Resilient, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a remote work environment
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport via phone, email, and social media
