Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for individuals and families across the United States who have already expressed interest in learning more about supplemental benefit programs. You will conduct scheduled, one-on-one virtual consultations via Zoom, listening carefully to each client’s unique circumstances and guiding them toward the protection solutions that best fit their needs.
- • Own the full client journey—from the first warm introduction through enrollment and ongoing relationship management. You will explain benefit options in plain language, answer questions with patience and clarity, and ensure every required form is completed accurately and on time.
- • Maintain meticulous digital records using our cloud-based CRM. Every interaction, follow-up task, and renewal date is tracked so that no detail is missed and every client feels remembered and valued.
- • Collaborate daily with a nationwide team of like-minded professionals. Share best practices in virtual huddles, contribute to peer-led training sessions, and celebrate collective wins in a culture built on integrity, growth, and impact.
- • Participate in continuous professional development. Weekly skill-building workshops, product certification courses, and one-on-one mentorship meetings are provided to sharpen your communication, compliance, and leadership abilities.
- • Work from anywhere in the United States with total schedule flexibility. While client appointments are pre-set, you decide when to prep, follow up, and engage in team activities—perfect for parents, caregivers, military spouses, or anyone seeking true work-life integration.
- • Represent AO Globe Life’s 70-year legacy of ethical service. You will embody the company’s mission to protect working-class families through supplemental benefits endorsed by labor unions, credit unions, and veteran associations nationwide.
- • Generate vested renewal income. Every policy you place today continues to provide personal earnings for years to come, creating a pathway to long-term financial stability without the volatility of traditional sales roles.
- • Uphold strict compliance standards. You will stay current on state and federal regulations, complete required continuing-education modules, and ensure every client interaction meets both legal and ethical benchmarks.
- • Contribute to team goals and performance metrics. While the role is independent, collective success is celebrated through quarterly bonus programs, equity opportunities, and recognition events that highlight top performers and rising leaders.
