- • Act as a strategic consultant, not just a quota-carrier: dive deep into each customer’s current digital footprint, analyze website performance, SEO rankings, and business objectives, then craft tailored solution packages that measurably accelerate their online growth.
- • Master our cutting-edge dialer technology that intelligently filters answering machines and maximizes live-connection rates, while supplementing with manual follow-up calls to ensure every interaction feels personal, relevant, and human.
- • Build and nurture long-term relationships across a diverse range of small and medium-sized businesses, becoming their trusted advisor on everything from website design refreshes and advanced hosting plans to security add-ons and performance optimization tools.
- • Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets by combining data-driven insights with genuine curiosity—turning routine check-ins into discovery sessions that reveal hidden pain points and expansion potential.
- • Collaborate daily with team leaders, sales coaches, and cross-functional experts through virtual stand-ups, Google Hangout coaching clinics, and Slack channels, ensuring you never feel isolated while working 100 % remotely from Arizona.
- • Continuously sharpen your expertise in web technology, SEO best practices, and digital marketing trends via LinkedIn Learning paths, tuition reimbursement, and peer-led knowledge shares so you can speak the customer’s language with authority and confidence.
