📋 Description

• • The Showroom Partnerships Manager will serve as the primary executional partner contact for brands activating in Babylist’s new NYC SoHo Showroom, a flagship experiential space opening in Q3 2026 designed to deepen trust with families, drive registry conversion, and showcase Babylist’s leadership in the baby category in a key retail and media market.
• • Day to day, the role involves managing on-site product placement, partner showcases, and brand pop-up activations; coordinating logistics, vendors, and timelines; serving as the on-site point of contact during Registry Weekends, brand events, and influencer showers; tracking and reporting on campaign performance; and collaborating cross-functionally with Brand, Showroom Ops, Sales, Legal, Finance, and Creative teams to ensure seamless execution.
• • Babylist is the leading registry, e-commerce, and content platform for growing families, with over 9 million annual shoppers, $1B+ in annual GMV, and $500M+ in 2024 revenue. • • In this role, the person will help build Babylist’s second flagship showroom from the ground up, gain end-to-end experience managing experiential brand activations in a high-impact retail market, develop expertise in partner relationship management and campaign analytics, and contribute to scalable processes and templates that will shape future showroom operations.
