  • • As a Senior Strategic Account Director, you will drive revenue growth by leading and managing internal teams to deliver strategic medical communications solutions that align with client business goals and maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
  • • Day to day, you will act as the primary strategic advisor to clients, overseeing client communications, managing budgets and team performance, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope while identifying new business opportunities.
  • • You will join Precision Medicine Group’s PRECISION AQ division, a leader in pharmaceutical and biotech marketing and medical communications, where you’ll support company-wide initiatives, contribute to profitability, and represent the organization as a trusted advocate in the healthcare industry.
  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in medical communications strategy, strengthen leadership and coaching abilities, expand your professional network, and develop a track record of sustained revenue growth and client retention in complex therapeutic areas.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (PhD, MD, PharmD) in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or advanced degree in management, marketing, or business preferred
  • • Minimum of seven (7) years of pharmaceutical/biotech marketing, medical affairs, or medical communications agency experience
  • • Proven experience successfully managing and growing $2.5M+ pharma/healthcare accounts
  • • Demonstrated proficiency in leading and managing teams, growing client relationships, and managing expanding business opportunities
  • • Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • • Ability to interpret business metrics, financial information, market dynamics, and scientific/clinical data
