📋 Description

• • As a Solutions Engineer, Manager at Lakera AG, you will build and lead a global Solutions Engineering team from 2 to 10+ members, defining the culture, standards, and technical credibility of the function while shaping the company’s go-to-market engine.
• • Day to day, you will drive technical pre-sales strategy, accelerate revenue growth, ensure customer success across enterprise accounts, establish scalable processes, and serve as a key bridge between Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.
• • Lakera, a Check Point company, is on a mission to ensure AI does what we want it to do, building the security foundation for AI adoption by empowering security teams and builders to safely deploy AI technologies, working with Fortune 500 companies, startups, and foundation model providers.
• • In this role, you will develop leadership and technical expertise in scaling a high-growth B2B SaaS pre-sales function, gain deep exposure to enterprise AI security challenges, and directly influence product evolution and revenue growth through field-to-product feedback loops.
