  • • In this Benefits Analyst role, you will be instrumental in supporting the strategic lifecycle of our global benefits offerings. Your primary focus will be on managing the end-to-end benefits renewal process, contributing to strategic planning, overseeing implementation, and diligently managing our vendor relationships.
  • • You will leverage your foundational understanding of the global benefits landscape, coupled with strong analytical acumen and a collaborative spirit, to continuously optimize our benefit offerings for both our internal employees and our valued customers.
  • • While this role offers global exposure, a strong emphasis is placed on candidates possessing significant experience with UK benefits.
  • • Product & Strategy:
  • • Provide crucial support for our benefits product, assisting in the packaging and detailed analysis of all benefit offerings to ensure they align perfectly with our defined product strategies and market demands.
  • • Conduct thorough market analysis, researching the competitive landscape and identifying emerging trends. This intelligence will be vital for supporting strategic renewals and the effective productization of our benefit packages.
  • • Engage in strategic collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Sales, to educate key stakeholders and drive the adoption and understanding of our benefit solutions.
  • • Contribute to revenue generation by partnering with internal teams to ensure our benefits offerings are maximally utilized and deliver exceptional value to our clients.
  • • Vendor Management:
  • • Maintain robust day-to-day contact with our brokers and benefit vendors, meticulously tracking their performance against agreed-upon service level agreements and proactively assisting in the resolution of any issues that may arise.
  • • Execute detailed analysis for benefit renewals, scrutinizing cost drivers, utilization data, and prevailing market conditions. You will actively participate in benefit renewal negotiations to secure optimal terms.
  • • Coordinate the seamless implementation of new or adjusted benefit packages and tiers, supporting the evaluation and selection process to ensure the best fit for our global needs.
  • • Enablement & Cross-Functional Partnership:
  • • Assist in the development of compelling analytical reports and data-backed content for the Product and Product Marketing teams. This content will be crucial for enhancing benefit messaging, driving adoption, and clearly articulating the value proposition of our offerings.
  • • Prepare essential data and talking points to effectively train our Sales Enablement teams on the competitive advantages and financial aspects of our benefit products, empowering them to communicate value to prospective clients.
  • • Provide critical analytical and background support to internal teams, enabling them to address complex, strategic customer inquiries related to benefit costs, value, and program design with confidence and expertise.
  • • This role is integral to ensuring our benefits are not only competitive and compliant but also a strategic asset that drives client success and employee satisfaction.
