  • • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in supporting the strategic lifecycle of our comprehensive global benefits offerings. Your primary focus will be on managing the end-to-end benefits renewal process, contributing to strategic planning, overseeing implementation, and expertly managing our vendor relationships. This position demands a solid understanding of the global benefits landscape, sharp analytical acumen, and a collaborative spirit to continuously enhance our benefits programs for both our internal employees and our valued customers.
  • • While this role offers global exposure, a strong foundation in UK and Ireland benefits is a key requirement, ensuring localized expertise within our international framework.
  • • Product & Strategy:
  • • Benefits Product Support: You will play a crucial role in the packaging and meticulous analysis of all our benefit offerings. This involves ensuring that our benefits align seamlessly with our defined product strategies, contributing to a cohesive and competitive benefits portfolio.
  • • Market Analysis Support: Conduct in-depth research and analysis of the competitive benefits landscape and emerging market trends. This intelligence will be vital in supporting strategic renewals and the ongoing productization of our benefit packages, keeping us at the forefront of the industry.
  • • Strategic Collaboration: Actively support cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Sales. Your insights and contributions will be essential in educating key stakeholders and driving the adoption of our benefits solutions.
  • • Revenue Support: Partner closely with internal teams to ensure that our benefits offerings are maximally utilized and deliver exceptional value, directly contributing to the company's growth and client satisfaction.
  • • Vendor Management:
  • • Relationship Support: Serve as a key point of contact for day-to-day interactions with our brokers and benefit vendors. You will be responsible for tracking their performance against established service level agreements and providing critical support in resolving any issues that may arise.
  • • Renewal Analysis: Execute comprehensive analyses of cost drivers, utilization data, and prevailing market conditions. You will actively engage in benefit renewal negotiations, leveraging data to secure optimal terms and pricing.
  • • Implementation Coordination: Provide essential support for the evaluation, selection, and seamless implementation of new or adjusted benefit packages and tiers, ensuring a smooth transition for all stakeholders.
  • • Enablement & Cross-Functional Partnership:
  • • Training Content Development: Assist in the creation of insightful analytical reports and data-driven content for the Product and Product Marketing teams. This will enhance our benefit messaging, drive adoption, and clearly articulate the value proposition of our offerings.
  • • Sales Education: Prepare critical data and talking points to effectively train our Sales Enablement teams. This will equip them with a deep understanding of the competitive advantages and financial aspects of our benefit products, empowering them to articulate our value proposition with confidence.
  • • Customer Insights: Provide essential analytical and background support to internal teams, enabling them to address complex, strategic customer inquiries related to benefit costs and overall value with precision and expertise.
