- • Lead the day-to-day administration of global benefits programs, ensuring timely and accurate support for employee questions, issues, escalations, claims, and appeals related to health and wellbeing offerings.
- • Own and execute key benefits operations including enrollments, terminations, new hire orientations, offboarding, records management, and employee lifecycle support tied to benefits.
- • Optimize Flock’s self-insured benefits footprint through rigorous, ongoing data review and analytics to drive cost efficiency and improve program outcomes.
- • Partner with external vendors, brokers, and carriers to ensure high-quality service delivery, proactively resolve operational issues, and enhance the overall employee benefits experience.
- • Manage annual renewal cycles for health and wellbeing benefits, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions and compliance.
- • Maintain compliance with all benefits-related regulatory requirements, reporting obligations, and audit processes, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to legal standards.
- • Ensure precise alignment of employee benefit elections and data across HR systems, payroll, carriers, and integrations to prevent discrepancies and maintain data integrity.
- • Oversee billing reconciliation, process documentation, and operational controls to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and strengthen internal controls.
- • Collaborate with HR business partners, recruiting, and finance teams to refine new hire and offboarding workflows related to benefits, improving consistency and employee experience.
- • Develop and deliver communications, training, and educational materials to help employees and internal teams understand available benefits programs and how to use them effectively.
- • Contribute to the evolution of Flock’s total rewards philosophy and benefits strategy by identifying scalable processes, solving operational bottlenecks, and recommending continuous improvements.
- • Conduct regular audits of benefit elections, billing reconciliations, and system integrations to ensure total accuracy and compliance across all platforms.
- • Document recurring data discrepancies, administration bottlenecks, and system anomalies, then propose and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and data reliability.
- • Launch improvements to self-insured benefits tracking and reporting processes, leveraging analytics to inform strategic decisions and optimize Flock’s benefits footprint.
- • Maintain comprehensive documentation for benefits workflows, audit checklists, compliance guidelines, and operational procedures to support scalability and onboarding.
- • Support the Total Rewards team in building scaled employee communications and education programs around health, wellness, fertility, mental health, and caregiver benefits.
- • Act as a thought leader in benefits administration, advising stakeholders on best practices and emerging trends in global benefits design and employee experience.
- • Provide consistent, high-quality support to employees navigating complex benefits systems, acting as a trusted resource during critical life events such as childbirth, adoption, or medical needs.
