  • • The Supervisor, HR Technology & Integration leads the design, implementation, optimization, and governance of HR technology systems, with a primary focus on Workday, playing a critical role in supporting mergers, acquisitions, and organizational integrations by ensuring seamless HR systems alignment, data migration, and process standardization.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing Workday module administration and configuration, establishing governance frameworks for HR systems, partnering with HR leadership on strategic initiatives, evaluating and implementing new HR technology capabilities, leading HRIS efforts for M&A activities including due diligence and system integration, managing data mapping and migration, developing integration roadmaps, ensuring compliance with regulatory and data security requirements, supervising and mentoring HRIS staff, assigning and prioritizing workload, fostering continuous improvement, acting as a liaison between HR, IT, Finance, and vendors, translating business requirements into technical solutions, providing user training, overseeing dashboard and report development, ensuring accurate reporting for compliance and audits, maintaining data integrity and security, and supporting internal and external audits.
  • • The role is part of AnewHealth, a leading pharmacy care management company formed in 2023 from the combination of ExactCare and Tabula Rasa HealthCare, serving over 100,000 people across all 50 states with more than 1,400 team members, specializing in comprehensive pharmacy services, pharmacy benefit management, and support for Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly.
  • • The individual will gain deep expertise in enterprise HR systems, particularly Workday, develop leadership and mentoring skills in a supervisory role, gain strategic experience in M&A-driven HR system integrations, enhance cross-functional collaboration abilities with IT, finance, and business leaders, and build proficiency in data governance, compliance, and analytics within HR technology environments.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, human resources management, business administration, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and Workday experience accepted
  • • 5–8+ years of progressive HRIS experience, including hands-on Workday administration
  • • 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience
  • • Demonstrated experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, including HR system integration
  • • Deep expertise in Workday configuration and functionality
  • • Experience with data migration tools, integrations (EIB, APIs), and system interfaces
