- • As a Benefits Manager for LATAM at CrowdStrike, you will lead the design, implementation, and day-to-day management of health, risk, retirement, perks, allowances, and time-off programs across Latin America, ensuring compliance, competitiveness, and alignment with company philosophy while supporting regional expansion.
- • You will partner with HR Business Partners, regional leaders, and employees as the subject matter expert on benefits, managing vendor relationships, administering programs, leading annual renewals, ensuring regulatory adherence, and driving operational excellence through Workday integration, process automation, and data-driven reporting.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in international benefits administration, gain experience with M&A HR integration, enhance your technical proficiency in Workday and HR analytics, and develop leadership skills in cross-functional stakeholder management while making a tangible impact on employee well-being across LATAM.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- • 8+ years of progressive experience managing international benefits administration, with a focus on LATAM
- • Strong knowledge of benefits regulations across Latin American countries
- • Fluency in English required; Spanish and/or Portuguese highly desirable
- • Experience with mergers and acquisitions in the benefits context
- • Proficiency with Workday is a plus
