- • As Bid Manager at Ben Technologies Inc., you will own the end-to-end bid process for enterprise deals, ensuring the company wins tenders and RFPs through compelling, well-structured responses that align with procurement expectations and drive growth.
- • You will manage the full bid lifecycle—from RFP intake and content production to review cycles, submission, and post-submission analysis—while coordinating inputs from Legal, Product, Security, and Commercial teams to deliver commercially sound, persuasive proposals.
- • You will work within a fast-growing, AI-fluent B2B SaaS company dedicated to transforming the employee benefits ecosystem, reporting directly to the COO and influencing how Ben is perceived by major enterprise prospects.
- • You will build and refine the bid function from the ground up, leveraging win/loss data to improve future submissions, enabling sales teams with clear briefs and templates, and developing a scalable, AI-enhanced process that supports Ben’s enterprise growth strategy.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience running RFP and tender processes in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- • Experience managing multiple concurrent bids under pressure
- • Familiarity with enterprise procurement, including compliance requirements and evaluation criteria
- • Built or significantly developed a bid function before
- • Think with an AI-native mindset, using AI to automate workflows
- • Excellent writing skills to translate complex product details into clear, persuasive responses
