- • As a Senior Biddable Account Executive at OMG UK Limited, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing campaign setups and ensuring the effective implementation of channel strategies across biddable platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Your work will directly contribute to achieving client KPIs by driving data-informed decisions that enhance campaign efficiency and performance in a fast-paced media agency environment.
- • You will support the development of data-driven strategies aligned with client goals, act as a key client contact, and become a trusted member of the account team by ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
- • Day to day, you will assist with the setup, management, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across major digital platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, ensuring technical accuracy and strategic alignment.
- • You will monitor KPIs, analyse performance data trends, and extract actionable insights to improve campaign outcomes, preparing regular reports with recommendations that inform optimisation and future strategy.
- • You will book and reconcile media activity, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance with billing processes, while maintaining clear documentation for internal and client-facing reporting.
- • You will work closely with account managers, creatives, and strategists to ensure campaign execution aligns with broader client objectives, fostering collaboration to deliver cohesive and integrated marketing solutions.
- • You will oversee health checks, pacing documents, and quality assurance of work completed by junior team members, providing guidance and feedback to support their development and maintain campaign integrity.
- • You will stay current with evolving industry trends, platform updates, algorithm changes, and competitor activities to proactively inform strategy and recommend innovative approaches.

🎯 Requirements
- • Strong understanding of setting up, optimising, and scaling PPC and Paid Social campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- • Proven ability to analyse data, interpret trends, and derive actionable insights to improve campaign performance and inform data-driven decisions.
- • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the capacity to prioritise tasks, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines effectively.
- • Comfortable interacting with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and manage expectations in a professional and consultative manner.
- • Demonstrated willingness to learn, stay informed about emerging technologies (including AI and automation), and explore how new tools can enhance media performance and efficiency.
