📋 Description

• Assurant is seeking Bilingual Associate Insurance Sales Agents to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced, energetic environment where you drive results while connecting remotely and enjoying competitive monthly bonuses from home.
• You will serve as the point of contact in fulfilling clients' insurance needs by assisting them with the sales process via inbound calls for Renters Insurance, Classic Car insurance, and other insurance products.
• Responsibilities include handling 90% inbound calls for multiple products with no prospecting or cold calling, 10% outbound calls to follow up on existing quotes, establishing good liaisons with customers while selling insurance products, adopting strategies to meet departmental monthly sales goals, tracking personal results to meet monthly sales and key performance goals, following underwriting requirements and corporate policies while negotiating sales, navigating computerized data entry systems for tracking and information gathering, and completing mandatory licensure continuing education.
• Work schedule: Sales center open 8AM to 10PM ET on weekdays and 10AM to 5PM ET on Saturdays; ability to earn earlier shifts through quarterly, performance-based shift bid process with flexibility to work any shift.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• One (1) plus year of sales-related experience
• One (1) plus years of call center and/or insurance experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to become appointed/licensed as a non-resident agent in all applicable states.
