• • The Bilingual Benefits Specialist supports the Employee Services Team by handling Tier 1 and 2 inquiries related to Workday access, benefits, and HR functions using case management and knowledge base systems, ensuring accurate and timely responses for assigned customers.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to written and telephonic inquiries, researching solutions via the knowledge base, escalating complex issues to Account or Pod Managers, supporting internal audit requests, participating in work intake reviews to improve processes, and identifying opportunities for automation or process improvement.
