- • The Bilingual Claims Support Representative (GAP & Theft Claims Administrator I) plays a vital role in supporting Protective Life Corporation’s mission to protect customers against life’s uncertainties by ensuring timely and accurate processing of GAP and theft claims.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include handling a high volume of inbound claims calls and emails, opening new claims, collecting and reviewing claim documentation for completeness and accuracy, verifying that all requirements are met, and providing clear claim status updates to customers.
- • The role is part of Protective Life Corporation, a company dedicated to providing financial protection and peace of mind to millions of customers through insurance and retirement solutions.
- • In this role, the individual will develop strong customer service, claims administration, and documentation review skills while gaining experience in a hybrid work environment within a stable, purpose-driven organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required for effective communication with diverse customers)
- • Ability to handle high-volume inbound calls and emails with accuracy and professionalism
- • Strong attention to detail for collecting, reviewing, and verifying claim documents
- • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, databases)
- • Ability to follow established procedures and work independently with minimal supervision
- • Willingness to complete initial onsite training in Strongsville, OH (Monday–Thursday)
