- ⢠As a Bilingual Customer Care Representative at Assurant, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering empathetic, professional, and solution-oriented support that directly impacts customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. - ⢠You will handle inbound customer calls and emails with a focus on resolving issues, answering questions, and providing proactive solutionsâalways aiming to deliver a âWOW experienceâ where customers feel heard, valued, and delighted by your service. This includes documenting interactions accurately in CRM systems, following up on unresolved matters, and adapting to shifting priorities through participation in special projects and process improvements.
- ⢠You will operate in a fully remote, virtual environment requiring a reliable high-speed internet connection (25 Mbps down / 6 Mbps up) and a quiet, distraction-free home office setup. Shifts are full-time (40 hours/week) and may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, with availability required as late as 9 PM EST; schedules are determined through periodic shift bids based on business needs.
