- • As a Bilingual Customer Service Agent at Teleperformance, you will deliver inbound customer and technical support in both English and French from a home‑based workspace.

🎯 Requirements
- • Must be at least 18 years old and available full time.
- • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and French (bilingual required).
- • Reliable hardwired home internet connection (Wi‑Fi not permitted).
- • Strong computer skills and comfort using diagnostic tools and prescribed applications.
- • Ability to handle inbound customer and technical queries with a customer‑first approach.
- • Comfortable following scripted procedures, escalating when needed, and accurately logging data.
- • Open availability for program hours (Mon–Fri 8AM–9PM) and flexible 8‑hour shifts.
- • Willingness to participate in paid training and possible accommodations on request.
