- • Conduct on-site residential home energy assessments in Clackamas County, Oregon, including data collection and diagnostic testing of residential building systems
- • Communicate program information, next steps, and technical details about energy efficiency measures clearly in both English and Spanish, verbally and in writing
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the energy assessment process and facilitate smooth handoff to program and installation teams
- • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate energy efficiency upgrades based on assessment findings and program eligibility criteria
- • Coordinate with program teams and contractors to ensure timely, compliant installation of energy-saving measures
- • Act as the local representative for CLEAResult, building trusted relationships with customers and maintaining ongoing communication to gather feedback and assess needs
- • Prepare and submit detailed reports, activity logs, and deliverables for management and client review
- • Lead community outreach efforts to increase awareness and participation in residential energy efficiency programs
- • Build and maintain partnerships with community-based organizations, non-profits, municipalities, schools, and local service providers
- • Represent the program at community events, workshops, and outreach activities, with targeted engagement in Spanish-speaking and underserved communities
- • Develop and implement strategies to generate customer leads through outreach, partnerships, and direct engagement
- • Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach activities with program goals and participation targets
- • Work independently with minimal supervision in a field-based environment across residential settings, including attics, crawlspaces, and variable weather or site conditions
- • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, program participation, and field activities
- • Work occasional evenings and weekends as needed to support community events and outreach initiatives
- • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, background check requirements, and drug screening standards for this safety-sensitive position
- • Operate a reliable vehicle for frequent travel throughout Clackamas County to perform job duties
- • Adhere to DOT qualification requirements and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing employment condition
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–8 years of relevant work experience in home performance, energy efficiency, inspections, outreach, or in-home customer-facing roles
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
- • Reliable transportation and ability to travel frequently throughout Clackamas County, Oregon
- • Ability to work in residential environments including attics, crawlspaces, and variable field conditions
- • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (including THC)
- • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory motor vehicle record
