• • As a Billing and Operations Specialist at Panoptyc, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial processing and operational support during the company’s high-growth phase, directly contributing to the efficiency and scalability of retail security operations across 15,000+ U.S. markets.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include processing invoices and subscriptions, managing purchase orders, verifying billing details, preparing credit memos and quotes, updating weekly performance metrics, supporting month-end closing activities, and collaborating cross-functionally with Invoicing and Fulfillment teams to maintain seamless billing operations in a fast-paced, remote environment.
