📋 Description

• • The Billing Coordinator ensures accurate and timely billing for customers by managing routine and non-routine billing functions based on service contracts and regulatory requirements, playing a critical role in revenue integrity and customer satisfaction.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and resolving billing discrepancies, preparing and entering billing adjustments, calculating manual bills, gathering supplemental billing data, assisting customers with billing inquiries, reviewing invoices for accuracy, and executing large-scale updates to customer billing information such as rate changes and service plan modifications.
