- • The Program Administrator provides day-to-day operational, compliance, administrative, and coordination support for the HMMS Software and Sustainment Support program, serving as the administrative backbone to ensure schedules, reports, action items, and artifacts are accurate, timely, organized, and audit-ready.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting the Principal Program Manager in daily administration of program operations; maintaining integrated calendars, milestone trackers, action-item logs, staffing trackers, and deliverable schedules; preparing and routing program reports, briefings, meeting minutes, and deliverable packages; maintaining risk and issue logs; coordinating logistics for training sessions; and assisting with invoice support by organizing performance back-up and documentation.
