- • The Chief of Staff at Cohere is a strategic leadership role focused on optimizing sales operations, enabling revenue growth, and ensuring alignment between sales execution and company objectives.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with the CRO to define and implement sales strategies, forecasts, and performance metrics; streamlining sales processes such as pipeline management and CRM optimization; coordinating with marketing, product, and customer success teams for cohesive go-to-market execution; monitoring sales KPIs and conducting data-driven insights to improve conversion rates and revenue attainment; contributing to sales operations and business development while fostering a high-performance culture; and serving as a liaison between sales leadership and executive teams to ensure clear communication and strategic alignment.

🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in sales operations, business development, or strategy, preferably in AI, SaaS, or enterprise software
- • Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- • Proven ability to mentor teams, drive accountability, and navigate high-growth environments
- • Experience translating business goals into actionable sales plans
- • Executive-level communication skills with experience creating board-level presentations and customer engagement materials
