📋 Description

• The Billing Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring accurate billing across hundreds of enterprise accounts.
• This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Engineering, and is responsible for the full billing lifecycle.
• The ideal person is obsessive about accuracy, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and energized by the complexity of managing billing at scale.
• Provisioning: Translate closed-won deals from Salesforce into correctly configured subscriptions in billing platforms, own reconciliation between executed order forms and provisioning, and partner with Engineering to identify automation opportunities.
• Subscription & account management: Process mid-cycle changes, manage renewal mechanics, handle offboarding cleanly, and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Revenue integrity: Run periodic audits of active subscriptions, identify and remediate ghost subscriptions, duplicate customers, and orphaned invoices, and support month-end and quarter-end close.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in billing operations, customer success, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with billing platforms, such as Stripe, and Salesforce.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in billing.
