• • Billing Operations Specialist role focused on payment infrastructure, billing, fraud, and chargebacks within a venture builder building international product IT companies.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring payment infrastructure and key metrics, handling payment incidents (failed payments, refunds, disputes/chargebacks), investigating complex payment cases (unauthorized payments, chargeback threats, suspicious transactions, root cause analysis), communicating with users about payment issues via ticket-based systems, working on fraud cases and analyzing fraud patterns, and collaborating with stakeholders across product, support, payments, and compliance teams.
