  • • As a Billing Support Specialist at Suno Inc., you will be at the forefront of our customer experience, playing a critical role in ensuring our users have a seamless and positive interaction with our billing systems. In this customer-facing position, your ability to swiftly and effectively resolve complex billing issues with informed critical thinking will be paramount to your success and the satisfaction of our global community.
  • • Your primary responsibility will involve responding to a high volume of customer inquiries, meticulously addressing concerns related to billing, payments, subscriptions, refunds, and invoices. This requires a deep understanding of our payment processes and a commitment to providing clear, timely, and helpful communication. You will be the first point of contact for users encountering financial queries, acting as a trusted advisor and problem-solver.
  • • A significant part of your role will be dedicated to investigating and resolving intricate payment issues. This includes, but is not limited to, charge disputes, failed payments, identifying and rectifying duplicate charges, and processing refund requests. You will need to be adept at navigating these challenges with a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to ensure accuracy and fairness.
  • • You will be the voice of Suno for our users navigating billing complexities. Ensuring customers receive clear, timely, and helpful communication is not just a task, but a core tenet of this role. Your ability to translate technical billing information into easily understandable terms will be crucial in building trust and maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • • When issues extend beyond your immediate scope, you will be responsible for escalating complex billing challenges to the appropriate internal teams, such as Support Leads or the Product Development team. This requires effective collaboration and the ability to clearly articulate the nature of the problem to facilitate a swift resolution.
  • • You will be entrusted with processing refunds, credits, and adjustments, ensuring all actions are taken in strict accordance with company policies and procedures. Maintaining the integrity of our financial transactions and customer accounts is a key aspect of this responsibility.
  • • Accurate record-keeping is essential. You will maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, including comprehensive case notes, to ensure a complete history of billing-related activities and to aid in future problem-solving and trend analysis.
  • • Beyond reactive problem-solving, you will proactively identify recurring trends in billing issues. By analyzing patterns and common pain points, you will contribute valuable insights to suggest process improvements, helping to streamline operations and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • • In addition to billing-specific tasks, you will also assist users with broader account management queries, general technical issues, and product-related questions. This involves providing clear, detailed instructions for troubleshooting and resolving their concerns, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the Suno platform.
  • • This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of cutting-edge AI technology and the vibrant world of music creation. Your empathy and passion for helping others will be as important as your technical acumen, as you guide users through their journey with Suno, ensuring their creative endeavors are supported by a reliable and transparent billing experience. You will be crafting over 100 emails a day, making efficiency and excellent written communication skills vital.
