- • As a Billing Systems Analyst, you will serve as the first point of contact for incidents, performing initial validation, categorization, and prioritization to ensure proper routing to appropriate teams with clear technical information.
- • You will log into production environments to perform operational tasks, conduct initial investigations, and resolve basic issues while monitoring system activities and alerts across multiple products.
- • You will maintain end-to-end ticket governance by tracking progress, driving timely resolution, and ensuring consistent communication with stakeholders, even when tickets are handled by other teams.
- • You will support service performance by monitoring SLAs and KPIs, extracting and analyzing data from systems to produce operational reports and support issue investigation.
- • You will maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and procedures, contributing to continuous service improvement through proactive ownership and problem-solving.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- • Experience in a technical support or operations environment, preferably with exposure to production systems.
- • Experience in telecommunications environments with exposure to billing operations such as usage processing, rating, and invoicing cycles (preferred).
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues, analyze system behavior, and interpret data.
- • Experience working with data (extracting, analyzing, or validating) to support troubleshooting and reporting.
- • Clear and professional communication in English with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
